Refund Policy
For customers
Our matching service is free for customers. Payment for locksmith work is made directly to the locksmith, under the price you agreed with them before work began. If you believe you were charged incorrectly by a partner, raise a complaint and we will investigate.
For locksmith partners
Lead fees are refundable as account credit where a lead is found to be invalid: unreachable or fake contact details, duplicate of a lead already purchased, outside your selected coverage, or spam. Submit disputes within 7 days from your dashboard. Approved disputes are credited automatically. Lead fees are not refunded simply because a customer chose another quote or cancelled — though repeated cancellations are monitored and may qualify at our discretion.
